If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us to discuss the cause of your dissatisfaction.  You can return all stock items or defective items within 15 days for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for any custom made product, non-defective items or returns after expiry of the 15 day return period are at the discretion of Divine Illuminations.  Defective custom items will be replaced.  Defective stock items returned within 15 days may be refunded.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
