Unlike the glow technology of old, you may rest assured that our photo-luminescent (glow-in-the-dark) products are neither radioactive nor are they toxic!  In fact as we will explain here, they are actually positive contributors to the environment.

Ten years ago the founder of Divine Illuminations invented a new way of illuminating digital graphics in the dark without electricity.  After several years of research and development in the field, he finally perfected making digital images look vibrant and stunning in the daylight, yet come alive in the dark, glowing in subtle colors, all night long.  The effect is as though the images are bathed in a heavenly moonlight.  This research and invention culminated in an international patent application which is currently pending.

 

Defeating Darkness

We feel there could be no better subject matter for this exciting graphic media than the True Light in our Darkness, namely Our Lord Jesus, as well as Mary, the Angels and Saints.  In the darkness of our times we rely on them for peace and direction; and in the darkness of our homes their images can bring us comfort and guidance also. 

 

Divine Illuminations glow prints are spiritually uplifting, non toxic, of positive benefit to the environment as they reduce the need for electric lighting at night, are made in the USA by a very devoted workforce, and make exquisite gifts for all our friends and family (as well as treasures to enjoy ourselves too!).

We offer our unframed glow print series in four stock sizes, namely bedside (5”x7” and 8”x10”) and wall hanging (11”x14” and 16"x20").  Custom prints are available up to 20"x30".  We also offer certain framed glow prints in the larger and less conventional sizes (10”x20”, 14”x20”, 16"x20" and 14”x24”).  Our portfolio of art and glow print products have become collectibles in their own right, and so the selection is continuously expanding; you can expect more categories and additions to them, each month.  Watch out in the coming months for our ‘Saints’ collection, as well as ‘Stained Glass’ and ‘Iconography’ too, all under development at this time.

To enjoy your glow print, simply expose the imaged side to direct light for 15 minutes.  The initial glow will give a greenish hue to the image, however that will quickly subside allowing a subtle (yet colorful) rendering of the original image to remain illuminated for several hours. Ideally, give the glow print a good dose of bedside light (or hallway light in the case of wall hanging prints) right before retiring to bed and that will be enough to provide a night time of glowing comfort.  Keep one in the bathroom and one in the hallway and at night you should never have to blind yourself turning on a light or stub your toe returning to bed again!
